KEVIN DAVIS, a PACE University, BSN Graduate. Mr. Davis has a great work ethic, determination and nurturing spirit.

Kevin Davis, CFO and Partner, is a 32 year old PACE University alumnus who currently resides in the Bronx, NY. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Kevin developed a great work ethic, determination and nurturing spirit which would play a key role throughout his various career endeavors. Kevin attended the Milton Hershey boarding school located in Hershey, PA, which afforded him the opportunity to expand his horizons and ultimately pursue a career in nursing. In 2007, Kevin graduated Pace University with his BSN. Life would take Kevin in another direction. He obtained his 1055 life and health insurance licenses, and became a life insurance agent. He was promoted to a general manager responsible for recruiting, hiring and training incoming staff. After moving back to New York, from Philadelphia in 2011, Kevin passed his nursing boards.

Corporate America knocked on Kevin’s door as he began and continues to work for Affiliated Physicians as a health and wellness program manager based in New York, Connecticut and Chicago. He concurrently worked for Sheltering Arms, formally known as Episcopal Social Services and provided care to children of all ages and juvenile delinquents in the clinic and group home setting. In 2013, Kevin began working at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY as a critical care nurse in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit. His dedication, sense of accountability coupled with his managerial skills resulted in him becoming a charge nurse as well as receiving several nursing accolades as the Daisy Award recipient in March 2016 and two Excellences in nursing nominations in 2015 and 2016. Kevin is a current landlord in the Bronx, NY as well as partner in Silver Bull Management Corporation.

ASHLI GIBBS, Morgan State University, MD where she studied International Finance with a concentration in Pre-Law. 

As a seasoned 20-year veteran in the real estate industry, Ashli Gibbs has established herself as a highly skilled and respected expert in her field. Born and raised in Harlem, NY and educated at Morgan State University, Ashli has built a reputation for her exceptional leadership and commitment to providing residential stability and support for special needs and homeless populations.

With a background in International Finance and Pre-Law, Ashli brings a unique perspective to her work, leveraging her knowledge of architecture, engineering, development, management, and investing to create innovative solutions for her clients. Her dedication to her craft has earned her a reputation as a go-to expert in her field, with over 2500 clients housed and $2,917,390.00 in gross rental income collected over the last five years.

In 2017, Ashli founded Silver Bull Management Group, Inc. with the mission of expanding her reach and impact across the country. With a focus on organizing grassroots efforts, including volunteer recruitment, voter outreach, and door-to-door canvassing, Ashli's team has been instrumental in engaging directly with voters to mobilize support for her initiatives.

Ashli's vision for the future of affordable housing is one of epiphany, where traditional and organic measures of support come together to create sustainable and economical living arrangements for all. With her extensive experience and proven track record of success, Ashli is well-positioned to continue making a significant impact in the real estate industry and beyond.

“Many people among us are suffering from various forms of illnesses and may not have the coping skills to succeed in todays society. I was propelled to create linkages with individuals and organizations that can secure organic and traditional measures of support for the most in need populations. CHARLES E. GREGG Jr., Attended the University of Massachusetts, the University of Westminster at UK Int'l Business School.  

Charles E. Gregg Jr., COO and Partner, born in Bronx, NY and raised in Harlem, NY. 
I am 37 years old and an alumnus of the world renowned Boys Choir of Harlem, Inc. (1989 to 1998).  As a member I performed classical, gospel, spiritual, jazz, hip-hop, r&b and pop music nationally and internationally.  I performed for the US Presidents, nationally and internationally with celebrities in the Music, Fashion, Art, Sports and Business industries.  In summer of 1998 at age 19, I attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  In September of 2001 at age 21, I attended the University of Westminster at UK International Business School.  I graduated magna cum laude with a BS/MBA dual degree in Economics & Finance from University of Massachusetts at Amherst in summer of 2002. 

I have worked from 2002 to 2016 in Economics, Finance, Sales and Administration industries for EmdexTrade PLC, Citigroup Private Bank, Fifth Avenue Financial LLC, Special Funds Conservation Committee, Argent Mortgage, Merger Fund,1199SEIU, Irmat Pharmacy and I am a Private Buyer at My Ideal Property and Century 1 Group.  Fall of 2012 SCAN, Inc. a not-for-profit organization whose sole mission is to eliminate the abuse and neglect of children through family services, education, and community partnerships, contracted me to write grants and RPF’s.  Winter of 2012, I became a board member of the "TayshanaChickenMurphy" foundation with a sole purpose to acquire corporate partnerships for the foundation such as the current partnership with the WNBA NY Liberty.  May 2016, I became a Partner at Silver Bull Management Group, Inc. with a mission to provide a unique real estate development process for special needs clients.
